Refund Policy

All products sold on Unwell But Online™ are digital downloads, delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the instant, unrestrictable nature of digital delivery, please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the sale is final — this applies to every product on this site, including bundles, regardless of whether the file has been downloaded yet.

If something went genuinely wrong on our end — you were charged more than once for the same order, or your file is missing, corrupted, or won't open — that's not a refund request, that's us fixing a mistake. Email support@janele-neon.com with your order number and we'll sort it out — by re-sending the correct file or reversing a duplicate charge, not by refunding a delivered product.

2. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider — most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in restricted access to future purchases.
