All products sold on this site — including but not limited to guides, workbooks, decks, and PDF downloads — are digital products delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped unless explicitly stated on the product listing.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own individual purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product file with others
• Repost, publish, or upload the content elsewhere, in whole or in part
• Use the content to create a competing product
• Claim the content as your own original work

3. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). When paying by mobile money, the total is converted to Central African CFA francs (XAF) at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly via email and/or your account's order history immediately after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your download, contact us at support@janele-neon.com.
